The below Gift Certificate policy is applicable to the seller, PAS > PURPOSE ACTION SUCCESS only (hereafter known as PAS). All other sellers who sell their goods or service through the PAS Marketplace, known as independent PAS Sellers or PAS Vendors, have their own Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate policies as is applicable to their unique store. When you purchase an item or service from a PAS Seller, please consult their Gift Certificate / Gift Voucher policy.
The below PAS Gift Certificate Policyapplies to Gift Certificates purchased from seller with seller tag, PAS > PURPOSE ACTION SUCCESS, hereafter known as PAS.

PAS Gift Certificates (also known as PAS Gift Cards or PAS Gift Vouchers) is a wonderful gift option to someone special.
Redemption of A PAS Gift Certificate
PAS Gift Certificates (Gift Cards / Vouchers) must be redeemed through the PAS Market website, and used toward the purchase of eligible PAS items.
PAS Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
PAS Gift Cards has to be redeemed on or before the stated expiry date.
Expired PAS Gift Certificates will not be accepted, and the date can not be extended. Expired PAS Gift Certificates are forfeited if not used on time.
One Time Use
All PAS Gift Certificates are for one-time use.
Unused Balance
If there are any unused balance left on a gift card, then this unused balance is forfeited.
Excess Order Amount
If an order exceeds the amount of the PAS Gift Certificate, then the due balance is to be paid upon checkout with a payment option available.
Limitations
PAS Gift Certificates CANNOT be redeemed for purchases from third party sellers on the PAS Marketplace or any other third-party sellers. PAS Gift Certificates are applicable to items listed by the seller PAS > PURPOSE ACTION SUCCESS only at the PAS Market. Except in the event where a Gift Certificate for the PAS Academy or any other PAS department is issued, then said PAS Gift Certificates are to be used for those specific departments only. Example: A PAS Academy Gift Certificate can only be used on the PAS Academy website. And so on.
PAS Gift Certificates CANNOT be used to purchase other PAS Gift Certificates.
PAS Gift Certificates CANNOT be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
PAS Gift Certificate Policies
PAS Gift Certificates and their use for a PAS item or service are subject to the PAS Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Order Policy, Shipping Policy, Website Safety & Security Policy.
Loss of PAS Gift Certificate
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or outdated PAS Gift Certificates.
The risk of loss and title for PAS Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the purchaser or recipient or delivery to the carrier, or whichever is applicable.
We are not responsible if a PAS Gift Certificate is stolen, lost, used without permission, or destroyed.
Other online shops, retailers, venues, third-parties, vendor(s), seller(s) or anyone else are NOT allowed to sell PAS Gift Certificates. These certificates, often fakes, CANNOT be used at PAS, and we are not responsible for damages or loss due to the purchase of PAS Gift Certificates from any other party. ONLY two platforms are allowed to sell PAS Gift Certificates, as mentioned above. Please ensure your Gift Certificate is issued by the official PAS Marketplace or purchased from the official PAS ETSY Store only.
PAS will have the right to close a PAS Member, PAS customer or PAS guest users accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a PAS Gift Certificate that was fraudulently obtained is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on any of the PAS websites or sub-domains.
Limitation of Liabity(ies)
PAS and its Affiliate Ambassadors make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to PAS Gift Certificates, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In the event where a PAS Gift Certificate redemption code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement your PAS Gift Certificate.
